- Template — review before publishing
Note for the site owner: this page is a working template covering the usual ground. Have it reviewed by counsel and adjusted to the data you actually collect before you publish it.
These terms govern your use of the Elvio IT Solutions website. Services we provide to clients are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Use of this site
You may browse this site and use the contact forms for genuine enquiries. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, code and vector artwork on this site are owned by Elvio IT Solutions unless stated otherwise. Client names and marks referenced in case studies remain the property of their owners and are used to describe work performed.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information. Nothing here is a quotation, a commitment to deliver, or professional advice for your specific circumstances.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a form does not create a contract. Any quotation we provide is set out in a separate written proposal, is valid for the period stated in it, and becomes binding only when both parties sign an agreement.
Third-party links
Where we link to other sites, we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elvio IT Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are subject to the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
