Written findings and a costed roadmap

Most technology problems are known inside the business long before they are written down. An audit turns that into a record: what exists, what it costs, what is exposed, and what should be fixed first.

We audit infrastructure, applications, access and process. You get a findings document ranked by risk and effort, with a costed roadmap — and no obligation to have us do the remediation.

§ 01ScopeWhat is included

What this covers

01

Infrastructure and application audits

Hosts, networks, runtimes, dependencies and configuration, checked against how the system is actually used.

02

Security and access reviews

Who can reach what, which credentials are stale, where data leaves the estate, and what an attacker would try first.

03

Technology roadmaps and cost review

A prioritised plan with cost estimates, including the option of doing nothing where that is the right call.

04

Compliance readiness support

Mapping your current state against the framework you have to meet, and closing the gaps that matter for the audit.

§ 02MethodFour reviewable stages

How we run it

Four stages, each with something you can review at the end of it.

01

Scoping

We agree exactly which systems are in scope, what access we need, and what is off limits.

02

Evidence gathering

Read-only review of infrastructure, code and configuration, plus interviews with the people who run it.

03

Findings and ranking

Every finding gets a severity, an effort estimate and a recommended owner.

04

Roadmap and walkthrough

A costed plan, presented to your team, with the reasoning behind the order of work.

§ 03DeliverablesYours at handover

What you get

Concrete deliverables, listed in the contract. Everything below belongs to you at handover.

  • Written findings document, ranked by risk
  • Asset and dependency inventory
  • Access and permissions review
  • Costed remediation roadmap
  • Executive summary for non-technical stakeholders
  • Walkthrough session with your team

Questions about iT audit & consulting

Will an audit disrupt production?

No. Evidence gathering is read-only and scheduled with your team. Anything that could affect a live system is agreed in writing before it happens.

Do we have to use you for the fixes?

No. The findings and roadmap are yours. Plenty of clients hand them to their in-house team or another supplier, and that is a legitimate outcome.

Ready to scope your project?

Tell us what you are trying to solve. You will get a reply from someone who would work on it, not a sales script.
