The challenge
Property transactions run on information that is out of date the moment it is copied. Agents, buyers and sellers each hold a version of the truth, and the gaps between those versions are where delays, disputes and lost sales come from.
Our approach
We built the platform around a single live record per property, with role-based views onto it rather than separate copies. Agents, buyers and sellers see the same state, updated once, with notifications when something they care about changes. Web and mobile clients share the same services, so a change made on a phone at a viewing is visible in the office immediately.
The outcome
Liberkeys operates a platform where transparency is structural rather than a policy. Every party works from current information, and the support burden that comes from reconciling conflicting versions largely disappears.
