Note for the site owner: this page is a working template covering the usual ground. Have it reviewed by counsel and adjusted to the data you actually collect before you publish it.
This policy explains what information Elvio IT Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this site only, not to systems we build and operate for clients under separate agreements.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry — when you submit the contact or quote form, or write to us by email.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal
- To provide services under an agreement with you
- To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations
- To improve the content and performance of this website
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to measure usage. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to any part of the site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the period required by our contractual and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Write to support@elvioitsolutions.com and we will respond.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege practices to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
