Custom software built to your process, not around it.

Architecture, integration, data migration and legacy modernization — systems designed for the way your business actually runs.

Off-the-shelf software makes you adapt your process to a product built for someone else. Custom software starts from the process you already have, removes the manual work around it, and connects the systems you already run.

We build the whole system: the data model, the services behind it, the interfaces your team uses, and the integrations that tie it to everything else in the business.

§ 01ScopeWhat is included

What this covers

01

Software architecture design

A documented architecture with the trade-offs written down — what scales, what it costs to run, and what happens when a component fails.

02

System integration services

Connecting your new system to ERPs, CRMs, payment providers and partner APIs, with retry and reconciliation handled properly.

03

Data migration services

Moving live data from legacy systems with validation, dry runs and a rollback path, so cutover is not a leap of faith.

04

Legacy application modernization

Replacing an ageing system in stages while it stays in production, instead of a big-bang rewrite that stalls the business.

§ 02MethodFour reviewable stages

How we run it

Four stages, each with something you can review at the end of it.

01

Discovery and process mapping

We sit with the people who do the work, map the current process end to end, and mark where the system will help and where it will not.

02

Architecture and scope

A written architecture, a milestone plan and fixed prices per milestone before development starts.

03

Incremental build

Two-week increments with working software at the end of each, reviewed by your team as it lands.

04

Cutover and handover

Migration, monitoring, documentation and a walkthrough for the people who will run it after us.

§ 03DeliverablesYours at handover

What you get

Concrete deliverables, listed in the contract. Everything below belongs to you at handover.

  • Architecture and data-model documentation
  • Source code in repositories you own
  • Automated test suite and CI pipeline
  • Deployment and rollback runbook
  • Migration scripts and validation reports
  • Handover walkthrough for your team

Questions about custom software development

How long does a custom build take?

It depends on scope, integrations and how much of the data is clean. Discovery gives you a milestone plan with dates before you commit to development, so you are not quoting from a guess.

Can you replace a system that is still in use?

Yes, and that is usually the safer route. We run the new system alongside the old one, migrate a slice at a time, and keep a rollback path open until the last component is moved.
